Blog 7: Instructions for Making an Advice Column for Slowpoke and Anyone Who can Relate to Slowpoke’s Situation

The more achievement you realize, the more you create and activate neurons that trigger feelings of accomplishment and self-valuing”

Steps:
1.    You have to have a advice column on the Huffington post
2.    You have to have Slowpoke send in mail
3.    You have to have Slowpoke explain herself to you
4.    Then you have to listen to her problem she is having
5.    Slowpoke will ask a question at the end of the mail
6.    Slowpoke has to sign off
7.    After all of that you will give your advice
8.    Start by making slowpoke feel better about themselves in first paragraph
9.     Second paragraph you talk about your first step in your advice
10.  Third paragraph talk about your second step in your advice
11. Next paragraph is the third step in your advice
12. The final paragraph is wrapping up your advice and telling them everything will be alright
